These Terms of Service explain the rules for using copa.gr, the Copa mobile application, and the ordering and delivery services provided by Copa Coffee Delivery.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing the website, using the mobile app, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

The service is operated for Copa Coffee Delivery, based in Sidirokastro, Greece.

2. What the service provides

Copa provides an online ordering and delivery service for coffee, drinks, food, snacks, and related products offered by the business. The service may be available through the website, mobile app, phone, or other supported ordering channels.

Product availability, delivery availability, delivery areas, and opening hours may change depending on business operations, workload, weather, traffic, stock, or other practical reasons.

3. Customer accounts

  • You may need a customer account to use some parts of the website or mobile app.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate first name, last name, email, phone, and delivery address information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
  • You must not use another person’s account without permission.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used for false orders, abuse, fraud, security issues, or behavior that harms the service.

4. Orders

An order is submitted when you complete the checkout or ordering flow. Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking the selected products, quantities, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery notes.

  • Order acceptance may depend on opening hours, product availability, delivery availability, and operational capacity.
  • We may contact you about your order by phone, email, app notification, or another available communication channel.
  • We may reject or cancel an order if it appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, impossible to deliver, incorrectly priced, or technically incorrect.
  • If a product is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a replacement, update, or cancellation.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website or app are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to preparation time, workload, distance, traffic, weather, address accuracy, or other conditions outside our control.

  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • You must provide a reachable phone number for delivery communication.
  • Delivery may be limited to specific areas served by Copa Coffee Delivery.
  • If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, no response, or customer absence, the order may be delayed, cancelled, or treated as completed depending on the circumstances.

6. Prices, payments, and availability

  • Prices are shown before checkout where applicable.
  • Prices, products, offers, delivery fees, and availability may change from time to time.
  • If online payment is available, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
  • If cash or payment on delivery is available, you are responsible for completing payment when the order is delivered.
  • If a pricing, product, or technical error occurs, we may cancel or correct the affected order where permitted by law.

7. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started being prepared or dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Refunds, replacements, or corrections may be offered where appropriate, for example if an order is not delivered, is materially incorrect, or there is another issue confirmed by the business.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Product information and allergies

We try to keep menus, images, descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Product images may be illustrative, and actual products may vary slightly.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredient questions, contact the business before ordering. You are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for you before placing an order.

9. Rules of use

You agree not to misuse the website, app, ordering system, delivery service, or support channels.

  • Do not submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally incorrect orders.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, tokens, data, or areas you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the service.
  • Do not scrape, copy, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service in a way that harms Copa or its users.
  • Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law or harms customers, staff, drivers, partners, or the business.

10. Website and app availability

We try to keep the website and app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.

11. Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers such as hosting, infrastructure, payment, communication, analytics, map, or app platform providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose providers needed to operate and support the service.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, service interruptions, delivery delays caused by external conditions, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described there.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Greece, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be updated. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
